How long does shipping take within Egypt?
We offer fast nationwide delivery. Orders within Cairo and Giza typically arrive within 2-3 business days, while other governorates may take 3-5 business days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You can return or exchange any item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like innerwear cannot be returned.
How do I know which size will fit me best?
Each product page features a detailed size guide with specific measurements. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders across Egypt, as well as secure online payments via Visa, Mastercard, and ValU for easy installments.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
